Jessica Tucker grew up fascinated with fairy tales. Now her work focuses on female-centered, feminist retellings with an emphasis on giving women their voices back. Her upcoming work, Witch Mother, is a novel about Baba Yaga before she became the infamous witch of Slavic folklore. Jessica self-published her first work, Hero, on Amazon. Her poetry was included in the Voice of Eve online magazine, and her work as an editor can be found in the Fall 2020 edition of Touchstones, one of her university’s journals.
